Reblox (reblox.online) is a free-to-play browser game. Players make an avatar, join small multiplayer worlds, and build their own worlds in Reblox Studio, a free building app for macOS.

Playing is free. Reblox sells one thing: Bits, the game’s virtual currency, in the packs listed below.

Bits are sold in these packs. Prices are in US dollars and are charged once — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

• How to buy: sign in, open More › Buy Bits, and pick a pack. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page run by Stripe.
• Delivery: Bits are added to your account automatically, usually within a few seconds of the payment going through. Nothing is shipped.
• Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and are never sent to or stored by Reblox.
• Bits are also earned for free by playing and by finishing quests.

These terms apply to anyone who uses reblox.online, Reblox Studio, or buys Bits (“Reblox”, “we”, “us”). By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Reblox.

1. Who can use Reblox

• If you are under 13, you may only use Reblox with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
• If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission before buying Bits, and they agree to these terms for you.

2. Your account

• New accounts are reviewed and approved before they can play.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or contain personal information such as your real name or address.

3. Rules

You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten, or be hateful toward other players;
• share your own or anyone else’s personal information in chat or in builds;
• post or build anything sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or try to break, overload, or get around the site’s security;
• try to get Bits, items, or access in ways the site doesn’t offer;
• buy, sell, or trade accounts or Bits outside of Reblox.

Multiplayer matches run directly between players’ browsers, so please report anyone who breaks these rules via Contact.

4. Things you build

• You keep ownership of the worlds you make in Reblox Studio.
• When you upload a build, you let us store it, review it, and — if we approve it — show it to other players on Reblox. You can update it at any time.
• Only upload builds, names and pictures you made yourself or have the right to use. We may decline or remove any build.

5. Bits (virtual currency)

• Bits are a limited licence to use a feature of the game. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold.
• Bits are tied to your account. If your account is deleted — by you, or by us for breaking these terms — its Bits are lost.
• We may change what Bits can be used for, how they are earned, and the price of packs in future. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• See the Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from More › Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. We may also change or stop parts of Reblox, and will try to give notice first.

7. No warranty

Reblox is a small independent project and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that saved progress can never be lost.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reblox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use Reblox after an update means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Reblox’s operator lives, except where the law of your own country says otherwise.

Bits are a digital item delivered straight to your account, so purchases are generally final. We will refund a purchase when:

• you were charged but the Bits never arrived on your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• a child made the purchase without a parent or guardian’s permission, and the Bits have not been used; or
• the law where you live requires a refund.

How to ask: email us (see Contact) within 30 days of the purchase, with your Reblox username, the date, and the amount. The receipt Stripe emailed you helps us find it quickly. We reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded in full, its Bits are removed from the account automatically.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster. Accounts involved in chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is open.

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

Reblox collects as little as it can. We never ask for your real name, email address, age, or location to play, we don’t show ads, and we don’t sell or share your information for advertising.

What we store on our server

• Your account: username, and your password stored only as a one-way encrypted hash (we cannot see your password).
• Your avatar and progress: shirt colour, hats, friends, followers, games played, time played, quest progress, and Bits balance.
• Purchases: which pack you bought, the amount, the date, and Stripe’s reference numbers for the payment. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Builds you upload: the world, its name, and any icon or thumbnail picture you add.
• Security records: to stop password guessing and spam we keep short-lived counters linked to a scrambled form of your IP address. Our web host also keeps standard server logs.

What stays on your device

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the site to work and is not used for tracking.
• Small settings saved in your browser, such as graphics quality, and Reblox Studio’s autosave of the world you’re building.

Other services Reblox uses

• Stripe processes payments. When you buy Bits, your payment details and email go to Stripe, not to us.
• Multiplayer connects players’ browsers directly to each other, using the free PeerJS service to introduce them. This means other players in the same match, and PeerJS, can see your IP address while you play. Chat messages go directly between players and are not stored on our server.
• Our game code libraries are loaded from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which sees your IP address when it delivers them.
• Our website is hosted by Namecheap.

What other players can see

Your username, avatar (colour and hats), friends, followers, and any builds that have been made public.

Deleting your information

Delete your account from More › Settings and your account file is removed from our server straight away. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires. Builds and anything else can also be removed on request — see Contact.

Children

Because we don’t collect names, emails, or contact details, a Reblox account can’t be used to contact a child outside the game. Children under 13 should use Reblox with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child’s account at any time.

Security

The site only runs over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are hashed, account files are kept outside the public part of the server, and balances are calculated by the server rather than trusted from your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change.
