All purchases of Bits (Reblox's virtual currency) are generally final and non-refundable once the Bits have been credited to your account, as they are a digital good that is immediately consumed.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
