Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reblox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Reblox is an online gaming platform. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

• Reblox is a platform designed for all ages. Users of all ages, including young children, may be present at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to exploit bugs, cheats, or hacks.

3. Game Content Policy

All games created and published on Reblox must comply with our content guidelines. You are fully responsible for the content of any game you publish.

• Games must not contain inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content of any kind.
• Uploading or embedding real-life photographs of people (including yourself or others) into games, avatars, or any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Because Reblox is open to all ages, any content, behavior, language, or game that could be harmful, inappropriate, or dangerous to young audiences is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: sexual content, graphic violence, disturbing imagery, harassment, and exposure to adult themes.
• Any user who publishes, shares, or promotes content that could harm or endanger young audiences will face immediate permanent termination of their account — no warnings will be given.
• Violations of this policy may otherwise result in immediate removal of the game, a temporary ban, or permanent termination of your account depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Confidentiality & Information Leaking

Any non-public information about Reblox, including but not limited to unreleased features, internal systems, source code, developer communications, or other confidential materials, must not be shared, distributed, or disclosed to third parties without explicit written permission.

• Deliberately leaking confidential or internal information about Reblox will result in permanent termination of your account.
• This applies to all users, including those with elevated access or roles on the platform.

5. Virtual Currency (Bits)

Reblox offers a virtual currency called "Bits" which can be purchased with real money via Paddle. Bits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases of Bits are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Purchases

All payments are processed by Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Reblox is not responsible for payment processing errors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. The following actions may result in enforcement action:

• Publishing games or content that could harm or be inappropriate for young audiences — immediate permanent termination.
• Publishing games with other inappropriate or prohibited content — temporary ban or permanent termination.
• Including real-life human photographs in any published content — temporary ban or permanent termination.
• Leaking confidential Reblox information — permanent termination.
• Exploiting bugs, cheats, or abusing the platform — temporary ban or permanent termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reblox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
